All this is stuffed with a truffle stuffing (100 % poultry minced meat). This method was used in the Romain cuisine, to keep the meat more juicy and perfumed. We suggest you to inject your turkey with an infusion of truffle oil which can be bought in 'side dishes' and can be done by the use of a injection needle which comes with the infusion.
