What you get : - 1/2 L sweet peppers velouté - Mascarpone for a creamy finish - Croutons - Herb-flavoured thick cream Portions : - 2 as a starter, or 1 as a light meal Serve it best : - Heat gently in a saucepan, stirring, about 5 minutes; do not let it boil hard. - Or microwave 5 minutes at 700W, pausing once to stir. - Serve in a deep plate or bowl. - Finish with croutons and the herb-flavoured thick cream (included); add black pepper if you like.
