A team lunch, a meeting, a year-end drink with your clients? Since 1965, Fonteyne The Kitchen has cooked homemade dishes every day with fresh, seasonal produce. For companies, we make business lunch boxes, sandwich platters, meeting buffets and walking dinners.
Order online and have it delivered to your office in Brussels and the surrounding area, or pick up your order for free at one of our 12 shops. For a tailor-made reception, our events team sends you a quote.

For a team meeting, a training day or a lunch with clients: coffee and pastries in the morning, sandwiches or a lunch box at noon, or a full buffet on the meeting table.

A year-end party with the whole team or a New Year drink with your clients: the buffet goes on a table and everyone helps themselves. Our buffets can be ordered for 4 people or more.

Our holiday menu is available from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027. Order by 22 December 2026 for Christmas and by 29 December 2026 for New Year.

A meeting to feed tomorrow?
For a meeting planned at the last minute, we offer the chef's buffet, even with less than 24 hours' notice. Ask our events team for it by email: [email protected].

How to order for your company
Choose online
Add your menus to the basket in our online shop. The dates and time slots still available show up when you order.
Delivery or pickup
Have it delivered to your office in Brussels and the surrounding area (€18.15 per order, €12.10 from €100.00), or pick up your order for free at one of our 12 shops. For large events, we deliver anywhere in Belgium.
Tailor-made: request a quote
For a reception, a large number of guests, equipment hire or setting up the buffet at your premises, fill in our form: our events team sends you a proposal and a quote.
Payment and invoice
Order and pay online, and you receive an invoice in your company's name. Need to pay by invoice instead of online? Email [email protected] before you order.

Corporate catering FAQ
- Is there a minimum order for companies?
- The buffets, the business meeting and most cocktails can be ordered for 4 people or more. Business lunch boxes, sandwich platters, the coffee break and the breakfast classic have no minimum number of people.
- How far ahead do I need to order?
- When you order online, the dates and time slots still available for your postcode show up at checkout. For a tailor-made reception, send your quote request as soon as you know the date and the number of guests. For a last-minute meeting, we offer the chef's buffet, even with less than 24 hours' notice: ask our events team for it by email ([email protected]).
- Do you deliver to offices?
- Yes. Regular orders are delivered in Brussels and the municipalities around it, such as Zaventem, Machelen, Wemmel, Tervuren and Waterloo. Delivery costs €18.15 per order, and €12.10 from €100.00. For large events, we deliver anywhere in Belgium: email [email protected]. Pickup at our shops is free.
- Looking for a meeting venue with catering, in Waterloo or Brussels?
- We deliver our lunches and buffets to your premises or to the room you have booked, and for corporate events we set up the buffet on site, including at a partner venue. We can also help you find a venue: email our events team ([email protected]). Our Waterloo shop, Drève Richelle 168, is also a pickup point.
- Can you invoice the order to our company?
- Yes. You order and pay online, and receive an invoice in your company's name. If you need to pay by invoice instead of online, email [email protected] before you order.
- Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
- Yes. The business lunch box comes in a veggie version, we offer vegan cocktails, and gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked (GF), (V) or (VE) on each product page. Let us know about your colleagues' diets and allergies in your quote request.
- Do you set up the buffet and hire out equipment?
- For corporate events, we deliver, set up and clear away the buffet at your premises or at a partner venue. We also hire out equipment such as tableware, glasses, buffet tables and high tables. For details and terms, email [email protected].
