    The fresh cheese croquettes need to be fried for 4 minutes at 180°C.

    To be served with a salad or fried parsley and lemon.

    (Tip: If you want to fry a lot of croquettes, you better start some time in advance. Conseil : Si vous voulez frire beaucoup de croquettes, il faut commencer à en frire certaines en avance. Once they are fried, you can put them in the oven. This way when you are serving your main course, you already have a nice quantity of fried croquettes.)
