Fit for you

MEALS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK

The "Fit For You" programme consists of protein, carbohydrates and lipids (+/-500-700kcal per dish). A balanced meal contains vegetables, a protein source (poultry, fish, meat, eggs) and a starch base. The meals are composed of fresh, top quality ingredients, selected according to the season. The menu changes every week for a month. Gluten-free dishes are marked GF.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere, they can be kept for a week in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
