- Carpaccio of scallops, coriander, pink berries and lime (GF)
- Salmon tartar with herbs and wakame (GF)
- Semi-cooked tuna with thousand spices (GF)
- Artichoke stuffed with peas, zucchini and green beans (GF) (V)
- Tabbouleh with green herbs (V)
The plate is served with an individual mesclun salad with dressing, bread and butter.
